This way of publishing is extraordinarily affordable, as you
skip all printing and distribution expenses, while doing away
with shipping time. Your book becomes a computer file that can
be read on the monitor of any computer or through portable
devices available from Sony, Cybook and eBookWise.
If the author does not have a
commercial interest in mind, then the book can be sent freely by
e-mail, or it can be downloaded from a web site. If you wish to
sell your content, then it can be downloaded from a web site
after payment through a credit card or through web-based outfits
that facilitate payment to their members, such as PayPal.
Electronic books are generally very
affordable, typically running from $2.95 to $19.95. Once a book is
placed on sale, you never need to concern yourself with printing,
marketing, or sales. You only sit and wait for the money to be
deposited into your bank account.

service. Pricing is similar to printed books, except that there is
no cost of printing. From your very own web site you, the author,
will be able to offer the download of the book, either for free or
with a payment.
